Create your own story with our stunning collection of seating, tables, bars and decor. Rustic Hire specialise in authentic vintage and industrial furniture hire to give your event that unique feel. We have an extensive range of rustic trestle tables, chairs, decorations, bars and props available to hire for weddings, parties, corporate events, photoshoots and shows. The team at Rustic Hire have a passion for furniture, design, restoration, woodwork and sustainable living. We pride ourselves on being a bespoke furniture hire company built around creating and selecting characterful items for unique events. All of our furniture has a story - we hand make all of our tables and bars from salvaged or reclaimed wood. Our Giant Oak Trestle Tables started as floorboards imported to the UK in the 1960s and were used as a sprung dance floor before we made them into the perfect banqueting table. You can still see the heel marks on the wood!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After contacting us with your request, our team will get back to you to confirm dates and stock. We’re happy to advise on different options that might suit your event and will include a quote for the full cost, including delivery. After you're happy we'll take a deposit and book you in. Four weeks before your event we’ll be in touch to collect details of your venue, including access, obstacles and restrictions while confirming your order, delivery times. On the arranged day, our skilled courier will drop off your order and return to collect everything after your event.
