Party Squared

Victoria was amazing - from the moment we booked her we knew we had made one of the best decisions of our entire wedding planning process! We found Party Squared on Instagram and were instantly won over by the sophisticated, minimal designs which showed how much care and attention to detail Victoria really puts in to her work. We booked Victoria to design, hire out and arrange the decoration of our venue on our wedding day. We met her at her showroom where she talked to us about what we had in mind for our day and showed us the many props she had to offer. Soon after, she sent us a detailed mood-board which really helped us envisage how things would look on the day. During the design process, Victoria also worked seamlessly with our cake-maker, florist and venue, making everything so easy for us. Leading up to the wedding, we had a venue visit with Victoria where she walked us through the venue, discussed the proposed designs with us and went over final details. Her knowledge of not only venue design but also the wedding industry and day planning as a whole was evident as she confidently helped us make decisions based on where other elements of the day would be best placed to ensure we and our guests flowed through the venue effortlessly on the day. (For example, she knew exactly where to place our confetti cones to ensure guests easily picked them up, she also knew where to place our cake and selfie mirror in the evening so that they would be on show and also accessible.) On the day, we didn't see Victoria at all - which is a credit to how efficiently and unobtrusively she works - but when we first saw our ceremony room and marquee set up for the wedding breakfast we were BLOWN AWAY with how gorgeous it looked. It's always hard to imagine how your wedding will look, in your head, and we were not prepared for how elegant and beautiful it could actually be. Every item placed had purpose and was presented with a high-end, freshly polished feel. The morning after the wedding, Victoria had already been to our venue to collect all the hired props before we had even come down for breakfast! Victoria is truly talented at what she does and the service she provides is of the absolute highest standards. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is getting married or is planning any event that they want to seamlessly transform with a beautiful and detailed aesthetic. THANK YOU, VICTORIA!
