Frequently Asked Questions
(7)

What is your most memorable wedding?

Being a massive star wars geek the most memorable wedding was the one that darf vader and his stormtroopers escorted the groom handcuffed down the aisle. Of course I got a photo with them all.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I'm proud every time I turn the room into whatever the couple have envisioned. To step back and look at the room once it's all come together makes me feel proud.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don't take on too much yourselves, relax sit back with a prosecco in hand and let the suppliers take the strain.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

From first contact I like to get a real feel for my clients. Typically I will get your wedding date booked in, a small deposit is taken and I will send a copy of my price list and packages. I prefer to sit down in person so invite couples to see me in my "office" to look through samples etc and go through their requirements for the day. Once I have rough numbers and requirements I send out your nvoice. After your final meeting with your wedding coordinator you then send me final numbers and final balance this is typically 3 weeks before the wedding date.

What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?

Ooh that's a hard one. The star wars wedding was very memorable. I've done a few Disney weddings and they are always fab as I'm a massive Disney fan. The current botanical themes are always beautiful. I truly can't choose my best one they've all been amazing.

What are the decorative trends with brides currently?

Everything sage green and botanical.

What is your signature finishing touch?

My scrunchie bows are hard to beat..... Just saying!!
