Do you offer a trial or mock-up before we commit to an order?
Yes, every order starts with a free digital mock-up showing your colours, monogram, or design exactly as it will appear on the finished piece. Nothing goes into production until you've approved it.
How long do your LED pieces last on a single charge, and do we need access to power?
Our table centres and lamps are wireless and rechargeable, typically running for several hours on a full charge, more than enough to cover a full reception. No need for power points at your tables or in a marquee.
How far in advance do we need to order for our wedding date?
We'd recommend getting in touch as early as you can once you've booked your venue, especially for custom colours or monogrammed designs, but get in touch with your date and we'll let you know what's realistic for your timeline.
