Wild Seasoning’s executive chef & owner Freddie has honed this experience throughout his 12 years in the Food & Drinks industry in a range of cheffing & management positions including head chef & sous chef roles at Law firms in the city such as DLA Piper, Clyde & Co & Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, working as deputy Catering manager at Channel 4. The FOH team comes with over 15 years experience working in the delivery of large private and corporate events, consistently delivering outstanding events with professionalism & efficiency to match any corporate catering company, but essentially maintaining the intimacy & flexibility of a small catering company with a personable touch.
