Simply Fantastic!

There is little more I need say than the whole team at Wild Seasoning were fantastic. The food, the service, everything was delicious, slick and professional. I could not recommend them more highly. Including my own, I have been to three weddings with Freddie in the kitchen and Ally at the helm and beyond the delicious food, they are great fun to have around. If you chose them, you will not be disappointed!

Superb from start to finish

Freddie and the team at Wild Seasoning catered for our wedding in June 2016 and I can’t rank them highly enough. The food was absolutely fantastic (we had an informal summer BBQ style thing) and all the guest commented that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Use them. You won’t regret it!!!

Amazing food and service!

Freddie is such a talented chef - we had a very unusual menu request, varying from Spanish tapas as canapés to middle eastern dishes for the main. He executed to perfection, all our guests commented on how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Freddie was incredibly open to ideas, friendly and very communicative. He made the planning very fun and enjoyable - We were equally impressed with Ali, who manages the front of house. He listened to everything we wanted and made the whole day run incredibly smoothly. I truly cannot recommend wild seasoning enough!

Incredible food, immaculate presentation and perfect service

Freddie catered for our wedding in 2014 and we have been lucky enough to try his food at several weddings since. He is fantastic at listening to exactly what you want and offers an imaginative and delicious menu of canapés, main dishes and puddings. He helped us to hold exactly the wedding that we wanted and is always so professional. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Exquisite food and outstanding presentation. The best I have experienced.

From the canapés, wedding cake, different courses, cheese board and midnight snacks, Wild Seasonings food has been absolutely incredible. The creative presentation of the canapé boards is something I haven't seen anywhere else and the food is absolutely first class. I would pay a lot of money for this quality in a restaurant. When Freddie (the Chef) was asked to come into the marquee and show his face to the guests, he got a well deserved standing ovation.

Outstanding in every single way!

Where do I start... We will never be able to thank Freddie and Ally enough for all they did to make our wedding such an incredible day. From the very first meeting with Freddie, we just knew we were in expert hands and his passion for what he does really shines through. Freddie completely understood our vision and created an incredible menu which our guests are still commenting on now! The food, presentation, service and professionalism really was exceptional. Ally who ran the front of house, went above and beyond in every aspect and had the whole day running seamlessly. Freddie also catered for our Sunday BBQ and I cannot express how impressive this was. The food again was exceptional and Ally and the team did another amazing performance of service. So many of our guest have commented on how incredible the whole thing was and its all thanks to Freddie and Ally. They a complete joy to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Flawless! Wild Seasoning Completed Our Wedding!

Freddie catered for our Wedding in July 2017. It was simply perfect! My parents attended another wedding Freddie catered for a year before ours and he was the only contender for us! We had a tasting evening to decide on the canapés, main course and puddings and it was my father-in-laws favourite evening of 2016!! We have had so many compliments on the food. Ally ran the front of house - again totally flawless and I felt completely relaxed he would make everything perfect. From laying the tables, to serving our guests and making sure everyone had a drink in their hand. I can't recommend both Freddie and Ally enough. They were my favourite and best Supplier!

Exceptional food and superb service

Wild Seasoning catered for our wedding in September. From the outset, Fred listened carefully to our brief and really understood our vision for the day. We both love fine food and knew our wedding food needed to be exceptional -Wild Seasoning did not disappoint. Everything we ate was full of flavour and presented beautifully, each plate was put together with pride. Our friends still rave about the food and recall each course in great detail, a sign of truly wonderful food. Fred’s Front of House and waitstaff managed our event like a well oiled machine and we did not have to think about a thing on the day. We can’t recommend Wild Seasoning highly enough!

His food is superb & his approach professional

We booked Freddie for our wedding catering this summer and were delighted with our canapes and wedding breakfast. Our reception was at Anna’s parents’ home in a marquee in the garden. James has already tasted his excellent cooking when he hired him to do some private catering for a stag do a year beforehand. Freddie was prompt in preparing menu suggestions for our day and came to our London home to do a tasting evening 6 months before the wedding with our parents. We are big foodies so an important part of our day was having a celebratory menu and Freddie delivered just that! His front of house - Ally, was also brilliant meaning all our guests were topped up with bubbles and wine all evening and everyone got plenty of canapes. I would highly recommend Freddie for any occasion. His food is superb and his approach very professional.’

A truly spectacular service to our Wedding

‘Wild Seasoning provided a truly spectacular service for our wedding. The food was simply fabulous and the team worked with the utmost of professionalism. Freddie provided a hugely creative menu, which brought to life our vague ideas of what sort of food and feel we wanted at our wedding. The food was DELICIOUS - and just as good on the day as it was at the tasting. It has been commented on by several guests. Not only that, but Freddie was responsive and helpful throughout the lead up to the wedding. The front of house, Ally, did an equally superb job: he was there for the whole day before to assist with setting up and did a fabulous job at ensuring everything looked great and that the day itself ran smoothly. We couldn't recommend Wild Seasoning more.’
