Spitting Pig

Creating unforgettable dining experiences is what I love most — from the first menu idea to the final plate served. I’m passionate about pairing delicious food with genuine warmth, and nothing makes me prouder than seeing guests completely lost in the moment, enjoying great food and even better company. At the end of the day, it’s about more than catering — it’s about care, connection, and creating memories that last.

Robertson Hospitality

I'm Ollie, founder of Brooklyn Pizza & Co. The company started with a simple observation. When good food turns up at a party, people put their phones away. They gather, they talk, they go back for another slice. That moment is the whole business. Dough made in house, slow proved, twelve-inch pies cooked to order at your venue. I run the trailers out of Glasgow with a small team, and on the day you'll find me at the ovens. Send me your date.
