About us: Thornbirds Hospitality started five years ago and is ran by Katharine, who has been in the industry since the start of her career. Katharine and her team have a wealth of experience in high end catering, bar service and other event services. Katharine studied Hospitality business management at Sheffield Hallam university and trained at The Goring Hotel, a five star hotel in Victoria, London. The Goring was Queen Elizabeth's mothers favourite hotel and the hotel where Princess Kate stayed the night before her wedding to Prince William. Since then Katharine has hosted weddings for a top Cheshire catering company, worked at Manchester central as a floor manager on both large scale public events and prestigious VIP dining. Katharine has also looked after areas for Chester racecourse on important race days in between her events. She now solely works hard on making Thornbirds Hospitality a top quality experience for all of her clients both old and new. What we offer: Catering: All of our food is homemade and prepared by our team of highly trained chefs, whose expertise are reflected in every menu. Only the freshest produce and finest cuts are considered. All menus can be adapted to suit your individual requirements and personalised to your taste. We aim to make each and every wedding unique to the bride and groom by incorporating their own ideas, weather this is tying in with a specific theme, or recreating a family favourite meal. We work alongside you to create your perfect vision, using our knowledge and experience in the world of food and beverage. Bar services: We can offer a full bar service or corkage service. We can provide custom made bar fronts in your venue and we also have a brand new purpose built trailer bar, which can go inside or outside your venue.
