Who are we? We are a mobile wedding bar, based in the heart of west sussex, supplying wedding venues with some of the best local beers wines and spirits sussex has to offer! What do we offer? We offer a few options, we understand how expensive a wedding can be, and we pride ourselves on being an affordable luxury option! Our cash bar option is FREE, We ask for a £100 Deposit, this secures your date, and covers the application of the TEN Licence and other paperwork, that we pay for out of pocket, on the day of the event we refund you the deposit. If the event is canceled the deposit is non refundable, if the date is changed with more than 10 days notice, the deposit can be transfered to the new date. Our standard cash bar menu is available on request showing the products we have on hand at all times, this can be added too if you want with any specialty products. Our pre paid bar option allows you to buy some drinks for your guests, before we transition into a cash bar, some like to use this as a welcome drink, others like to have a few paid for for each guest, we charge a flat £4 for pre paid drinks, this gets you anything off the menu. And finaly an open bar, we usually reccomend only doing an open bar for a couple of hours, then transitioning to a cash bar, we charge £10 per guest per hour for an open bar, they can drink as much or as little as they like in this time. Do you do welcome drinks? Yes we do! We offer a variety of options for welcome drinks, from local english sparkling wine, to a seasonal cocktail. We charge a flat rate of £4 per glass, these can be set up in tandem with your venue, to either be on a guests seat when they arrive, or given out on entry. Do you have non alcoholic options? The Travelling Tavern Prides itself on having a selection of non alcoholic options, we have "lyres" spirits available, these are replacement spirits that are designed to taste like alcoholic spirits, with none of the alcohol!
