Our experienced team provides a complete bar service tailored to your wedding, from an elegant drinks reception through to a fully stocked and staffed bar for the evening celebration.
We offer a wide selection of beers and ciders, wines, Prosecco, spirits, soft drinks, alcohol-free options and signature cocktails, with drinks packages available to suit different styles and budgets.

Where required, The Swan Bar can also apply for the Temporary Event Notice (TEN) needed for the sale of alcohol at your venue.

Yes. The Swan Bar provides the mobile bar setup together with experienced bar staff, so you don’t need to organise separate bar equipment and staffing.
Can you provide reception and toast drinks?
Yes. We can arrange reception drinks for your guests and Prosecco for your wedding toast, as well as wine and other drinks depending on the package you choose.
Do you serve cocktails?
Yes! We can offer a selection of cocktails and can discuss signature cocktails for your wedding. It’s a great way to add something personal and memorable to your drinks menu.
What if our venue doesn’t have a licence to sell alcohol?
Where a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required for your wedding, The Swan Bar applys for the TEN as part of arranging your bar service, taking one more job off your wedding planning list.
Do you cater for alcohol-free and gluten-free requirements?
Yes. We offer alcohol-free options and can also provide gluten-free drinks, so guests with different dietary requirements can still enjoy a good choice from the bar. If you have any specific requirements, just let us know when planning your wedding and we'll make sure suitable options are available.

How far do you travel?
We primarily provide wedding bar hire throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and the wider East Anglia area. If your wedding is further afield, please get in touch and we’ll happily discuss whether we can accommodate it.
How many guests can you cater for?
We have the equipment and experienced team needed for everything from smaller celebrations to major events. Our large-event setup can cater for events of up to around 5,000 attendees, so a busy wedding bar certainly doesn’t frighten us!
