The Beefy Boys

We love to be as flexible as possible when it comes to our menus and are always happy to talk through options and tailor the menu to our couples. From your initial enquiry to the big day itself you will have one of our awesome event managers on hand to advise, help and make sure the day goes smoothly and you get to kick back and relax with your nearest and dearest. We’ll create a plan for the day from start to finish a few months before including set up and serve times, and liaise directly with your venue to arrange a site visit and the logistics. 

We have cooked up a storm in all sorts of venues from traditional catering kitchens to isolated fields in the middle of nowhere so are happy to adapt to what works at your venue, all we need is outside space, water, electricity and a decent catering tent if it’s a marquee wedding. 

Whilst our award-winning burgers are our bread and butter we have a host of other dining style and options. From BBQ inspired feasts, Roast Dinner served family-style, BBQ crafts platters, buffets, evening food stations, formal canapés, grazing services, desserts and even gourmet milkshakes. We also have a range of evening food options available including Tacos, Hot-dogs, Mac & Cheese and more.

We cater within 2.5 hours of our HQ in Hereford. If your venue’s a little further we can of course consider making the trip.

We have a minimum spend requirement of £4000.00 comprised of per head spend and call-out charge. This is typically met with 60+ guests for full carering including evening food, or 150+ for evening/street food only.

When you book us, you’re not just booking burgers - you’re booking our whole team, our kit, our prep time, our grills, and our undivided attention for the entire day. That means we turn away other enquiries (and sometimes very big ones!) to make sure you get the full Beefy Boys experience. Our minimum spend of £4,000 helps us cover: staff & chefs, ingredients (only the good stuff!), travel & setup, operations and prep time. The minimum spend is made up of two parts: Per-head catering cost (based on your chosen menu), and Call-out charge (to cover travel, staff deployment, and setup). This structure allows us to maintain high-quality service and fair pricing while ensuring we can commit fully to your event. 

Yes - for full wedding catering. We will arrange a face-to-face meeting to run through the finer details of your day, go through menu options and answer any questions you may have. We'll be on hand to help from booking through until your big-day.

Extra services we can offer include but are not limited to providing support with serving toast drinks and top-ups, cutting and serving wedding cake, providing tea and coffee. If there is anything else you think you need help with we can consider to help make your day run as smoothly as possible. Some venues require help turning over tables/rooms in between dining and evening reception which we can chip in with were possible.

Quote are inclusive of VAT, cutlery, plate-ware, service-ware and staff. They do not include table linens unless at selected venues. Our staff will responsibles for laying any cutlery or plate-ware on the day.
