The Hog was melt-in-your-mouth!

The Spitting Pig did the centre piece hog roast and veggie skewers. Steven was brilliant, professional and so attuned to the atmosphere and our needs. He checked, checked and then double checked. Kept us informed, agreed and then flexed the presentation and start time. The girls were fantastic, so knowledgeable, efficient and happy to be doing their thing. The Hog was melt-in-your-mouth, the crackling was to die for and the options brilliant. I can't recommend Steven and his team enough.
