SausageBox is an established street food vendor specialising in gourmet and speciality sausages, served in a freshly baked artisan rolls. We use local produce to showcase flavour combinations inspired by international cuisine. All our Yorkshire sausages are sourced from a local butcher, are outdoor reared and are topped with only the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our speciality sausages are imported directly from Germany for the most authentic taste. We can customise our menu specially for your wedding, reflecting flavour combinations and ingredients that you love and that says something about you. We will discuss exactly what you are wanting prior to the event to ensure we are making your day extra special. Example Sausage - The Italiano - This is an 8in Yorkshire Pork and Parmesan Sausage, served in a freshly baked brioche roll, topped with Napoli sauce, crispy pancetta, blowtorched mozzarella, grated parmesan and a pesto olive oil drizzle.
