We offer 6 types of Paella:
PAELLA DE POLLO
Chicken thigh fillets, piquillo peppers cooked with rosemary infused olive oil, green beans with lemon to squeeze classic paella.
PAELLA DE POLLO Y CHORIZO
Chicken thigh fillets, spicy chorizo sausage, piquillo peppers cooked with rosemary infused olive oil, green beans with lemon to squeeze.
PAELLA DE POLLO Y CREVETTES
Chicken breast meat, large crevettes, piquillo peppers, cooked with lemon oil, green beans and lemon.
PAELLA MARISCO
Cod Fillet, shell of prawns and mussels cooked in a superb fresh fish stock finished with flat leaf parsley and lemon.
PAELLA MIXTA
The king of paellas smoked chorizo, chicken thighs, peeled prawns, cod fillet finished with green beans sweet paprika, lemon and parsley.
VEGETARIANO
Butter beans, wild mushrooms, diced courgette and sweet peppers. (v)
Paellas are cooked with market fresh red peppers and green beans and sieved tomato, finished with a saffron infused stock.
All Paellas are Gluten free, Nut free, Dairy free as stated.
We also include a cherry tomato, onion and cucumber salsa, mixed leaves salad, crusty breads, and dressings.
Paellas are served on palm leaf plates with wooden forks and serviettes all included.

We can supply tapas during the cooking of your paella’s prices start at £4 per head.
On the day of the event we hope to arrive at least 2/3 hours prior to the food being served so that we can set up our stand-alone kitchen which is 3m x 3m. We only ask to have access to water and electricity whilst on site if required. The paellas are cooked fresh in front of your guests using ingredients sourced from weekly from Spain.
After the event we clear away any rubbish created and take this away.
