ALL our meat is from local, Suffolk producers and is fresh, not frozen! Whether you want the classic traditional style or something more modern and relaxed - we have menus and styles to suit! What is your most memorable wedding?
A grand Italian feast for a true, old fashioned Italian family. 12 courses, 6 hours and amazing food - with an amazing amount of drinks as well! Hard work but such great fun! We also recently did a 'Rocky Horror Show' themed wedding in Colchester which was fabulous!

So many clients have become really good friends who we still keep in touch with.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Think about what YOU both want and go for it. Don't worry about the others - it's your day! Have the menu that suits and reflects your personality. After all, if you are generous enough to invite your guests to eat and drink with you they should certainly be gracious enough to accept your choices!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Too many to choose from and too personal to list here.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After the initial emails or phone calls we really like to meet up in person to give us a 'feel' for how the couple would like their day to go. The personal meeting is so very important and can be just a general chat or combined with a food taster of some dishes / styles they are considering. I'm sure that it's not just our food - but after meeting a couple in person we have a 'booking success' rate of around 96%!
