£350 INSTALLATION FEE We supply a fully-stocked bar, and the guests pay for all the drinks they consume. We have a reliable contactless payment systems that works in the deepest of Cornish valleys. Cash is also acceptable at our bar. There is an advance booking fee of £350 to reserve our bar, along with a minimum spend of £350 (which is fully refundable). From past events, we have found that this minimum spend is easily attainable for wedding parties and events of 40 or more guests. A PRE-PAID BAR: £350 INSTALLATION FEE The hosts extend their generosity by paying for the drinks from the bar for the duration of the event, or up until a fixed amount. When the pre-paid fund is exhausted then the bar reverts back to a paid bar. DRY BAR HIRE £450 (PLUS DELIVERY) We have five kinds of bar hire. Our bespoke 16ft handmade Tregothnan Oak rustic bar, our vintage Indian motorcycle bar, our modular bar, our smaller 8ft rustic and a basic festival bar with that comes in three 8ft sections. At Pengelly’s Cornish Bar, we believe that some occasions are worth cherishing and to that ends we have created a event and wedding bar service with a presence thats raises a glass above the rest. Inspired by local Cornish artisan producers, we have travelled the length and breadth of Cornwall selecting the finest craft beers, specialist wines and artisanal spirits for our mobile bar Cornwall. From Pengelly’s Mount’s Bay Gin, to Keynvor Rum, Aval Dor Vodka, Cornish Crown Real Ale and Wine – we believe our choice of drinks and spirits will give you good reason to raise your glasses. However, Pengelly’s Cornish Bar isn’t all about locally-produced beverages – although we admit we’re proud to promote Cornish produce – you’ll find your favourite brands also behind our bars. At Pengelly's Cornish Bar, we have a choice of four stylish mobile bars to suit your celebration and venue. You can dry hire a bar, fridges, decor, serving table and all bar utensils - and run your own bar. Alternatively, we can come to you and set up a fully-stocked and decorated bar with your favourite drinks served by trained and experienced staff to keep your guests well-watered all day - and all night. We set up our bars inside your venue, so your guests don't have to venture outside in the cold (and possibly wet). Also, having a bar in your venue keeps the atmosphere in one place rather that having the occasion split in two with some people inside for the music, and others outside for the bar.
