Pizzas are hand stretched, topped and cooked at 450c for 60-90 seconds, creating a light fluffy crust
Primarily operating in the Leeds/Bradford area. At present the setup is self contained in a 3x3 gazebo. Two LPG powered pizza ovens are in use.
Best suited for small to medium sized weddings
