Jenkinsons Caterers (Stafford)

Our experience with Jenkinsons was fantastic. The preparation call to go through the menu choices was really helpful and our manager Rebecca was very knowledgeable and gave guidance on what courses would pair well together. The taster day was an added bonus and we got to try so much delicious food. On the day the food was absolutely perfect and I saw most plates going back completely cleared; we also had great feedback from our guests. Our manager on the day Jake was very attentive and again made sure everything was just as we wanted which was very appreciated. Jenkinsons are also excellent at accommodating dietary requirements and made sure the courses were as similar as possible. I can highly recommend Jenkinsons for the quality of both their food and their service.

We had our big day on the 27th of May and it really was perfect, nothing we asked for was too much for the team at Pendrell or Jenkinsons. Our coordinator Sasha was wonderful, right from the very first meeting she was so approachable and happy to help with any questions we had. So many guests commented on how lovely the food was, including our gluten free guests. On a super hot day with lots of guests, Jenkinsons kept the drinks flowing and worked around our roaming band with no issues, having Jenkinsons deal with the logistics was a godsend and allowed us to soak in the day. The tasting event was a wonderful date night for us and we really enjoyed trying such a fab selection of menu choices. We had multiple guests with allergies, some being quite unusual (such as allergies to sunflower oil and dark chocolate) as well as multiple with nut and shellfish allergies, this was never an issue for Jenkinsons who catered for our guests without complaint. Jenkinsons made it easy to understand how much evening food to order for our number rof guests and paying was straightforward and the portal easy to navigate. We are so so happy we chose Pendrell Hall as our wedding venue with Jenkinsons as our caterers, we wish we could relive the day over and over again🤍

We had our wedding at The Mill Barns on the 13th August 2025, where Jenkinsons are the caterers and wow we were blown away by our wedding breakfast and evening food. We opted for the host a roast, where the couple secretly select a guest from each table to put on a apron and chefs hat to carve the meat for their table. This went down so well and was an excellent ice breaker for tables of guests who may not have known each other previously. Our wedding breakfast was beyond anything we could have expected. All of our guests were complimenting how good it was and we had more than enough to eat, but I made sure I left room for our salted caramel and chocolate tart and I'm so glad I did because it was delicious. The pizzas on the evening were a massive hit! All of the staff at Jenkinsons were amazing and so helpful, it was a very hot day and they made sure our water jugs were topped up all day and night. Every member of staff I spoke to were friendly, smiling and happy to help us. The manager, unfortunately I can't remember his name, kept coming to us to make sure we had everything we needed and explained what would be happening and when. I will keep recommending you to everyone I can. I just wish we were able to come back every year for our anniversary. Thank you to everyone in the Jenkinsons team.

Jenkinsons went above and beyond, the service was impeccable and food was absolutely delicious. they catered to all our requests of gluten free, vegan and nut free options, everyone was catered for and the food was presented beautifully. Really recommend the BBQ in the evening, we ended up ordering far too much but none went to waste as it was so good. The catering manager on the day made sure as bride and groom we were fed and watered. I would 100% recommend.

As both of us are really keen foodies, what we were serving to our guest on our wedding day was one of the most important factors, but Jenkinsons really pulled everything off wonderfully. Having the 'tester' session really helped us hone in our ideas, and get a taste of what they could do, and do well! Every part of the food service was professionally done, and you could tell care was put into it. There was no issue with serving our own drink choices, and we played around with options a few times before settling on a decision. All of the food was delicious, and looked great. The sorbet intermezzo surprised all of our guests, and we loved having a relaxed BBQ in the evening. The staff on the day were all friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there, adding to the atmosphere of the day.
