We’ve loved working with some fantastically creative people to collaboratively deliver a really indulgent catering experience for guests, from traditional wedding breakfasts to buffet-style stations, to Bloody Mary bars, lavish BBQ hog roasts and even seaside-style fish and chips. From exciting food combinations to a little live theatre with presentation, it’s all in the detail for your big day. The Beginning Horseradish was initially founded in 2009 to deliver quality catering for Chester Racecourse's 180,000 customers during a race season. We have since grown to include full facility management and now boast a flourishing portfolio of iconic venues. More recently, we have also delivered creative catering solutions for large scale events including the RHS Flower Shows at Tatton Park and Chatsworth House.
