‘’Harry Fraser has been in the catering industry for over 50 years as a chef. During the last 25 years of this time he has built up the most successful outside catering business in the North East of Scotland. We operate from two purpose-built units in Inverurie, from where we provide catering for most of the major oil companies and service companies in the North East. We are also heavily involved in weddings, dinner parties, garden parties, large agricultural shows, highland games, barbecues, boat launches, executive airline catering, buffets, and boardroom lunches. We can cater for numbers in the excess of 2000 and our biggest to date, over 15000 at the annual Glasgow Kiltwalk.
Harry Fraser Catering Limited has a team of dedicated and professional staff, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years. We source the finest and very local organic produce from the north east of Scotland and surrounding areas. We proudly use Aberdeen based G McWilliam Butchers, TPS fruits and Veg, Mackie’s and Rizza’s Ice cream, Barra Berries, only the freshest of fish straight from Peterhead Harbour and many other local suppliers. ‘’
Over the years we have catered for many events or all different sizes and requirements. To highlight a few in recent years. Annual Balls for Shell, BP, Total and Taqa for numbers of over 800, HM The Queen in 2014, Routes Europe 2015 at Castle Fraser for 1400, HRH Prince Charles in 2017, The opening of Peterhead fish market in 2018 for 750 VIP guests, The annual Fyvie Live events and for the past 5 years we have proudly catered for the Scottish Kilwalks with last year catering for a record 13000 walkers at Balloch in Glasgow, this year even larger with an estimated 16000-18000.
Many of these events are held in the large gardens of various castles and local parks.
