Full Description
Taking culinary inspiration from her travels in Italy after training at Leiths School of Food & Wine, our chef creates mouth-watering canapes, abundant sharing platters, wedding cakes and late night food. Think regional Italian antipasti boards to start, slow roasted lamb with piles of seasonal vegetables, dips and warm focaccia for main, large apricot tarts with pistachio & honey gelato for dessert and coffee, mint tea and a homemade truffle to finish. We apply a tailor made approach to each event, so if you have something specific in mind do let us know. All our food is served on beautiful handmade ceramic platters imported from Puglia so everything looks as delightful as it tastes. FICO By Betty can also provide tableware, staff and flowers as needed.

We start with a phone call or email conversation to establish what you're after, then I get back to you within a few days with some customised menu ideas according to your budget and venue location (eg using Cromer crab if you're getting married in Norfolk). You have as long as you need to ask questions and tweak the menus, after which we propose a date for a free tasting to consolidate your choices.
