Easy Gourmet was founded in 1998 by Marie-Laure Preynat, a chef and caterer from Lyon. The company is based just outside the City of London, and employs an ever-growing team of energetic chefs, serving staff and event planners.
Our ethos is friendly, meritocratic and socially aware. All our chefs are trained to the highest standards, whether in preparation, presentation or food safety (HACCP).
