At DOM, we are passionate about using local, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients wherever possible. This allows us to create fresh, flavourful food while keeping sustainability at the heart of what we do. We believe beautiful wedding food should not only taste exceptional, but should also be prepared with care and respect for the environment.

Our approach is personal rather than formulaic. We do not believe every wedding should look or feel the same, and we enjoy working closely with couples to create something that reflects them. From the food and presentation to staffing, drinks and event support, every detail can be tailored around your celebration.
