Dirty BBQ provide genuinely authentic BBQ food. Their meat and vegetarian options are out of this world and you can taste the love that is put into their cooking. James is a pleasure to work with.
We do real simple and tasty barbecue, available for all event catering all year round. When we say 'Dirty' we mean real get stuck in barbecue food, cooked properly over charcoal or wood. We specialise in weddings being a founding member of The Association of British Wedding Businesses.

Our menu has something for everyone and all occasions with all our delicious meat items, as well as non meat choices (vegetarian and vegan, as well as gluten free where possible). From US style favourites, South American style meats, to Central American style tacos. Take a look through, you can build your own package of choices to suit your, and your guest's needs, or choose from our set menus. Allergens are indicated for each item in brackets. Fed up of sausages, burgers and hog roasts? Want something with theatre and spectacle but also superbly tasty real BBQ food? Everything we cook from our low and slow meats to our hot and fast steaks is cooked over either ethical charcoal or wood, no gas or electric here. We have all the mains you'd expect from a southern USA inspired BBQ company, and some central and South American ones you might not expect! Mains, sides, and canapés are all on our menu too. Pulled pork, ribs, brisket, steaks to tacos al pastor, picanha, and even shawarma. Plenty of non meat choices too, real plants not imitation meat; pulled jackfruit, cauliflower bites, gumbo, and jambalaya. Most dietary choices, requirements, intolerances and allergies can be catered for. Allergens and whether gluten free or not is noted on our menu too. We care about the quality and food miles of our produce, and believe that British and south west produce is some of the best in the world. Combined with ingredients from abroad where important, like some of the key ingredients in our rubs and seasonings, provenance is key to our food. Serving the South West of the UK the real BBQ it deserves. Our service area is from Tewkesbury south, Cardiff east, Swindon west, and Poole west down to Cornwall.

Thank you so so much for the incredible stress free, delicious and so well organised food you created for us on our day. Many guests have said it was the best food they have ever had at any wedding and myself and Henry absolutely agree. The different tastes, the succulent meats and the sides were so delicious and so much to be eaten it was just incredible. I was so overwhelmed on the day I wish we had leftovers to experience it all over again it was just brilliant. The spread you delivered to the amount of guests was just incredible and I really cannot say thank you enough, Dirty BBQ is such a little gem and I am so pleased we found you, thank you thank you thank you!

What is your most memorable wedding?

First one we did in a back garden for 250 people, the couple were so happy to be able to feed that many people in their garden for a fair price with what they said was the best barbecue they've ever had.
