Dine-In Catering ( incorporating Dine-In-Leisure, Party Hire, Nutrichef & Catering-dorset ) have enjoyed a close working relationship and in many cases are nominated suppliers with many prestigious venues such as Lulworth Castle, Sherborne Castle, Compton Acres the Lighthouse etc over the past 20 years and are your ideal first port of call. We offer a fully inclusive pricing structure that is inclusive of temporary kitchen set-up, crockery, cutlery, napery, uniformed service staff, chefs (as required) and management. We have a vast selection of menus that are available on request from finger food to banquets, menus to reflect a fusion of influences including classic French, Oriental, Mediterranean and flavours from the New World Venue orientated events are often one-off events. Always ask for what you actually want, set a budget from the outset and ask them what can be done for that budget, if you leave it open ended it will go out of control, remember a good supplier will have the knowledge to meet your requirements .

Building a set of market stalls of international cuisine each stall offering a speciality for guests to chouse from

I listen and listen and listen and then i give appropriate practical advice and i would always set up an appointment the day before the event at the venue and go through everything with my happy bunnies
