Budget Bar Co Full Description
Budget Bar Co offers free mobile bar hire for your party, wedding or corporate event!
1. You pay nothing except a refundable deposit of £50 and we bring all the bar equipment, staff and stock and guests pay per drink. We ask for a minimum spend of £1,000 which is extremely easy to meet so long as no other drinks are given or sold on site.
2. You pay £30pp for an open bar for 4 hours, or £25pp for either cocktails OR beer and wine for 4 hours. Under 18s can do unlimited mocktails and soft drinks for £20pp. We bring a bar, all equipment, staff and all stock with that.
3. You put a certain amount of money behind the bar (you choose) and when we’re £50 away, we’ll let you know and you can either top it up or let guests pay for their own after that point.
4. You supply all the alcohol, and pay £400 for dry hire, which includes the bar, equipment, cups, and 2 staff members serving for 4 hours. We also do 10 hours of service for £600!
