With over 30 years experience as both a Chef and Event Caterer, Lee Brown has always been passionate about food (and drink). Following on from his successful career owning a small group of award-winning Gastro Pubs, Lee wanted to start a business that enabled him to deliver food that tastes great, looks divine and makes an event extra special. Whatever your vision for your day, we can help make it a reality. With over 20 years experience in catering for weddings in Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire, we know that no two couples are the same and we ensure that your menu is bespoke and tailored to both you and your guests. We are hugely experienced in the logistics whether it be a private garden, a marquee in a field or a private venue – we can adapt to every situation.
