A five course banquet in the new forest. The customer wanted and expected the best of the best and received it! The feedback we received was brilliant with comments such as "That was on a par with the Ivy in London".

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Thorough planning and preparation are key, so on your big day you can relax in the knowledge that you know exactly what everyone is and very importantly isnt doing for you and also everybody who is doing anything for you, knows exactly what you want them to do and how you want it done.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We have seen many personal touches over the years and I think the most important thing is that you make the day what you want, not what you think other people might like.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We start with an initial conversation, verbal or email, discuss menu ideas and how the customer wants their day to flow so we understand how we fit into their plans, we may do a site visit if this is necessary, depending on the logistics involved, then once everyone is happy with everything we create a confirmation sheet laying out every aspect of the catering and how it fits in with the other elements of the day, ironing out any omissions or tweaking it as necessary. At this point we ask for £100 to hold the day. Two weeks before the event we require final numbers and final payment so everything is finalised well in advance.
