Absolutely delicious and beautifully presented

By Ambience catered for our wedding on 4 July. We had a 3 course meal with canapes and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Many guests commented on how lovely it was. To add to the complexity of our catering we required dairy free, vegan and nut free meals; as well as one guest with very complex dietary needs. Gary could not have been more accommodating and reassuring that all the needs had been listened to.

They really went above and beyond

"Gary and his team … made our wedding day complete! Although we are coming up to 5 years ago on the 20th of August … we still think of Gary and what they done for us…they were just amazing! They really went above and beyond, they changed things in the menu for us to suit our colours, his staff topped our evening food up when it was getting low and it wasn’t even their job to do as they were just there tidying up. We were let down with a bar at the last minute ..just two days before our wedding

I honestly cannot recommend Gary and the team enough. We hired Ambience for our wedding catering, and I don't think we could have asked for anything more. The food was delicious (especially the canapés which didn't last very long) and everything ran like clockwork. They really went the extra mile to ensure the day was unforgettable - even down to little details such as introducing us the room. Highly recommended. We used By Ambience to provide catering and a bar for our wedding at Pilgrims Rest and guests and ourselves were delighted with the food and service. We had nothing but compliments from our guests about how good the food was. Gary was fantastic throughout the planning process and helped put us at ease and ensured the day went well.

The food was absolutely wonderful

We were married on June 1st, with an outdoor ceremony and a marquee reception. We were so happy we chose Gary Williams and his amazing team at By Ambience to provide our Wedding Breakfast and evening meal. The food was absolutely wonderful and over a week later I'm still having guests compliment it - it was tasty, varied and plentiful. I also need to thank the staff who served us on the day, without exception they were all brilliant with no request was a problem. It was a major part of the best

Gary and his team at Ambience Catering were absolutely brilliant when they recently catered for our daughter’s wedding at Chilley Farm Barn. From the outset when discussing menus to the organisation of tables and chairs, crockery, cutlery, linen etc. Gary was extremely helpful and obliging offering many thoughts and suggestions.
