Founded in 2020, 19.01 Catering represents creating great food with vision! We pride ourselves in providing quality catering for any event along with front of house staff. We can produce menus for small dinner parties to weddings and events for 100’s with the same sense of quality on the plate. We cater to all, any dietary requirements or vegetarian/vegan requests can be catered for. We work with you to understand any preferences and create a menu you are guaranteed to love.

I've worked at numerous venues across Northumberland including a stint at 5 star 1 Michelin star Chester Grosvenor, I also competed in MasterChef the professionals 2013 and outside dining above the Tyne 2017/2018! Dan and the team at 1901 were outstanding at our wedding at Brinkburn! The food was outstandingly gorgeous and the amount of compliments we received from our guests about the food were insane! The whole process from planning stages, food tasting, right up to the evening food on our wedding day couldn’t have been any smoother and they listened to every request we had. Brilliant food and such a lovely, professional team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic food on a special day

Dan supplied the most amazing food for our wedding weekend. Supported by Vicky they ensured that the planning and preparations were relaxed, while ensuring every detail was covered. Starting with the food tasting, an excellent range of choice, while providing the freedom to adapt the menu. Thanks for being so flexible Dan. 1901 catered for us the night before the wedding for 25 guests, excellent spatchcock chicken feast. The food on the day itself was fantastic. Fish sharing boards starter, home made chicken Kiev main, a great range of desserts then finished with local cheese boards. Excellent standard for all 75 meals. As we finished the night Dan delivered some amazing street food. Thank you to all at 1901. Highly recommended.

The most incredible wedding food

We used 1901 catering for our wedding at Brinkburn Priory in March. We had the most amazing day and the food was incredible. We’ve had so many comments about how good the food was and so many people said it was the best wedding food they had had. We were so impressed at how smoothly the team seemed to appear with each course and everyone was so attentive. The whole process from our food tasting to our evening food was so easy and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A massive thank you to you all.
