I’m Debbie and I own White’s Cake House.
I run my little business from my home in Tavistock Devon.
I started making celebration cakes in 2014 and over the last few years have concentrated on my passion which is for wedding cakes.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I have always loved baking and in 2013 enrolled at a local college for a cake decorating course which I loved. I then left my previous job and set up White’s Cake House and it went from there.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
A three tiered semi naked cake with flavours of, lemon sponge with my lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling, cherry bakewell cake with cherry preserve and almond buttercream and my carrot cake with white chocolate filling
