I’m passionate about what I do. From a design based background and a bit of a perfectionist. I like to make my couples feel truly special. Taste is everything and every cake is unique. I really do go above and beyond to help create your very special wedding cake and got awards to prove it. I love to guide my couples through the entire process, taking away the stress so that you can truly enjoy your very special day.

Nelly’s Sweet Treats

Hi I'm Catherine, I'm an ICU Sister in the NHS and I have two lovely little ones. Baking is my passion and I love seeing people's
reactions to my creations and have worked really hard to
make sure they taste as amazing as they look!

Each design and creation is bespoke and handmade by me so
you know that you are getting something beautiful and
completely unique.

I would really love to create something amazing for you too

I love helping to make dreams become reality. My own wedding day was one of the best days of my life, sharing the occasion with family and friends, and I would love the opportunity to make this your experience too.

It is so important to me that all my wedding cakes are designed around my couple’s special day. I create beautiful bespoke wedding cake designs around your themes and ideas, bringing your vision to life.
My aim is to make the process of choosing a wedding cake as stress free as possible right from the moment you enquire with me, through to the final set up
