Home of award winning cake designer Lisa Broughton based in the village of Ruddington, South Nottinghamshire. I deliver luxury wedding cakes all around the East Midlands area which includes Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
Weddings are a bit special aren’t they? It’s the one day when you get to choose every tiny detail from shoes to vows to music; and of course the reason we’re here… cake!

Hello, I'm Lisa, owner of The Ruddington Cake Company.
I design and make wedding cakes in the East Midlands area.
I first caught the cake making/designing bug in 2007 after enrolling onto a sugar flower making course at my local college, and i've pretty much been up to my elbows in butter cream and chocolate ganache ever since!
The best part is getting to work with such a wonderfully diverse mixture of couples and helping each one to design and create their own very special wedding cake.
