The Princess & The Cupcake

If you need a beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious cake then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the princess and the cupcake! I've been following Michelle on Facebook for years and saw so many photos of her work, every cake is as flawless as the last, no two are ever the same, every cake individually designed for the couple. For our wedding, Michelle went beyond our expectations. We chose 3 tiers, all different flavours, and our guests loved every bite. Since then, we've even attended two more weddings and discovered the cakes were made by Michelle as well. Unsurprisingly, they were both just as stunning, and tasty as our own!

Michelle made us the most beautiful wedding cake, not only did it look amazing, it also tasted amazing! She’s totally fabulous!

We had the most amazing wedding cakes from the princess and the cupcake. Michelle was so professional and friendly. Made it really easy to get our cakes just right. 2 Cakes. One for the day and one when we had our party afterwards. We had 2 different types. Chocolate orange a family favourite was just yummy. Nice and moist and full of flavour. Banana and custard and Victoria sponge too. First one with gorgeous delicate flowers and lovely wooden nanes on the top and a slightly different one to match our polka dot theme for the party. We really can not thank Michelle enough for our cakes. Our guests loved them too. If I do it all again to renew our vows I’ll be definitely using Michelle at the princess and the cupcake again. Thank you so much.

My husband and I sat with Michelle and designed our wedding cake and the end product was even better than we thought it would be. Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake looked and tasted. Would definitely recommend and use her again.

We were recommend to Michelle at Princess and the Cupcake and we weren’t disappointed. From our consultation to the day of our wedding we were at complete ease due to Michelle’s nature and work ethic. We had a 5 tier cake with 4 different flavourings and they were all delicious. I want the cake all over again it was that good.

Our cake was utterly incredible! 5 layers with 4 different hand picked flavours. Each was delicious and amazingly decorated. Michelle is extremely talented and I’m so glad she was the baker and designer of our cake.

Michelle went to so much effort , even drinking up to Scotland to deliver and dress it , the cake was outstanding , perfect in every way , her dedication and love shines through , thank you xxx

I live overseas and we came home for our wedding. Michelle dealt with Mum in my absence. Michelle understood my wishes, she totally got my vision. Simple, not too rustic, semi naked with flowers cascading down the tiers. It wowed us all. It was absolutely beautiful. And the flavours too, impeccable. Carrot, chocolate and vanilla, a little something for everyone. Thanks Michelle, you exceeded my expectations

Michelle was highly professional, friendly & very helpful throughout the whole planning of my wedding cake. I was a little (a lot) OCD 🙈 so was messaging and booking in very very early but Michelle still made the time to discuss anything with me & put my mind at ease. The cake itself was beautifully designed using our ideas of colour themes but with the help & input of Michelle's expertise in making & baking cakes. The cake itself was so lovely to eat, the sponge & flavourings we chose were to die for- that much we didn't want to share it with anyone else haha 😂 Highly recommend & will definitely be going back!! In fact, I already have Michelle booked in again for September 2018 to do my husbands 30th birthday cake!!! Thanks again & you will NOT be disappointed!!! Claire xx

I wanted something different for my wedding cake and I sure got that! Talking point throughout my wedding day. 100% catered to our needs and a very talented lady. The cakes were different flavours and tasted just gorgeous.
