Providing delicious cakes that are loved by vegans and non-vegans alike, they are an easy swap from a traditionally made wedding cake that you and your guests will delight about for years to come. Based in the beautiful village of Mundford on the edge of Thetford Forest in Norfolk, The Iced Vegan is ideally situated to cover the whole of the East of England including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. She has also delivered cakes in the surrounding counties of London, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Lincolnshire as well as in Kent, Surrey, Dorset, and even Cornwall. Trudy, founded the business in early 2018 after struggling to find quality vegan cakes locally and her business has grown from strength to strength ever since. Later that year she converted her garage into her home studio where she holds face to face consultations too. This means she doesn’t have a commute to and from a place of work and as a conscious business owner she uses a green energy provider, drives an eco-friendly car and looks to recycle packaging wherever possible. Her business is continuously improving and taking steps towards becoming more eco-friendly! With amazing flavour combinations for her sponges and fillings, not only will your cake be delicious but Trudy will help you to ensure the design captures your personality and celebration perfectly and loves to be challenged so please don’t hold back when it comes to inspiring her! She bakes all of her cakes fresh to order with organic ingredients whenever possible. She strives to source as ethically and locally as possible and in bulk to further reduce her carbon footprint.
