The Cake Witch is a cake place with a difference. We don’t just bake, we don’t just decorate and we certainly don’t just make a nice a sponge (although we do make a very nice sponge). We live cake. We breathe cake. We dream cake. We are here to indulge all your sugary desires, from inception to ingestion, we want every second of your cakey journey to be epic.   Like we said earlier, we do make a smashing sponge. But there is an awful lot The Cake Witch can do with a sponge! On our website you will find a list of some of the most popular flavours, but don't feel restricted; we have created flavours to honour the botanicals found in gin, recipes to suit gluten-free, grain intolerance and dairy-free plus adaptations of family favourites. We have also spent a lot of time researching and perfecting vegan recipes so that we can now provide beautiful, delicious vegan wedding cakes. In the last couple of years we have also established our own cutting gardens meaning that from April-October almost all the flowers, herbs and foliage come from our pesticide-free flower beds. We have over 50 varieties of rose, 20+ types of dahlia, half a dozen different lavenders, varied herbs, annuals, foliage and other florals that ensure our cakes really are unique. The roses grown in our gardens smell simply amazing and will be picked on the morning of your wedding along with any other flowers and foliage we are using on your cake. This means that they are absolutely fresh and in perfect condition with as much scent as possible. The Cake Witch doesn't just make a pretty cake to look at, we go all out to give you the taste sensation your celebration deserves. From Prosecco, Raspberry and Lemon Cake, to Strawberry Gin Cake, we will rock your nuptial taste buds.
