Sugar & Bloom Cake Studio design and create unique luxury bespoke wedding cakes,favours, confectionery, celebration cakes and Dessert tables. All cakes are lovingly handcrafted from scratch. Only the finest ingredients go into our cakes, which is what makes them taste so yummy! We only use free range eggs from happy hens, Callebaut Belgian chocolate , Callebaut cocoa powder and Nielsen-Massey vanilla essence and vanilla bean paste. All of our sponges are also soaked in a vanilla bean sugar syrup overnight to make them super tasty. We are passionate about making unique cakes. We especially love using edible wafer and sugar flowers and love experimenting with gold leaf, homemade chocolate barks, mini meringues, tall layered drip cakes, buttercream and new and modern techniques which will make your cake the centrepiece of your celebration. We bake brilliant personalised biscuits, cake pops, brownie boxes, mini cakes, confectionery and cakes. These can be decorated to your event theme or brand and presented in a way which suits you. We can assist with props , flowers, styling of the table and sweet treats. We don't charge for the styling service, only for materials. ​ Sugar & Bloom are based in Wrexham.
