What is your most memorable wedding?
This will have to be when I made my daughter Kirstie's wedding cake. This was going to be a huge challenge as her husband to be is a massive comic book fan. One night after we had the consultation and tried many cake samples I had a brilliant idea to create a spit cake design. The front of the cake was exactly how Kirstie wanted and the back had little Lego comic book figures and as an added surprise to the Bride and Groom was a picture of there engagement shoot on one of the tiers.
