Welcome to Project Cakery, run by me – Holly Elphick – from the heart of the Cotswolds.
I first started out in my bakery owner journey by taking over my Mum’s business ’Claire’s Kitchen’ after she sadly passed away.
Eager to keep the business thriving in my Mum’s memory, I created many different product lines including postal treats during lockdown. But as times became a bit more normal and I found out what I loved doing most, I decided to rebrand the business to reflect my love for wedding and celebration cakes! Whilst still keeping Mum’s signature recipes.
