Every wedding is unique and deserving of a one-of-a-kind cake design. I work with my couples to understand all elements of their day and take design inspiration from dresses, colour schemes, flowers, and decor styling. The result is a cake that ties in perfectly with your day and acts as a stunning centrepiece. I specialise in elegant cakes with contemporary, sharp edges alongside realistic handmade sugar flowers. All cakes are covered with Belgian white chocolate ganache and finished with professional sugar paste. There is a wide range of finishes to choose from, including ruffles, lustre shine, marble effect, stencilling and much more. I pride myself on offering a professional, friendly service from your initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a stress-free experience. You can secure your wedding date in my diary with a booking fee - you don't need to know what you want your cake to look like at this point. We will meet for your cake consultation in my cake studio around 6 months before your wedding date. This is when we will go through all your plans and get a sense of the type of cake design that will be perfect for your day. I've loved developing lots of tasty cake flavours and at your consultation you'll receive a complimentary cake tasting box to help you decide which flavours to choose. Following your consultation, I provide you with your cake design sketch and description for you to approve. I liaise directly with your venue to arrange delivery and set-up timings so you'll have one less thing to think about. Final payment for your cake is made 4 weeks before your wedding. On your wedding day I deliver and set-up your cake. Your venue will sign for it and I provide them with full details including allergens, cutting/serving instructions and cake boxes for decorations and any leftover cake.
