ABOUT ME I’m a professional vegan baker who trained at Le Cordon Bleu in 2016. I believe that everyone deserves delicious cake, and that's why I create wedding cakes that are made with care, love, and attention. I am constantly learning new decorating skills and techniques to create something unique for my customers. From vegan buttercream to gluten-free flour blends, I am always experimenting with new ingredients to create the perfect recipe.
