The perfect pasty Cornwall’s signature dish, our pasty is part of the heritage and culture of Cornwall. The Pasty comes from a heritage steeped in Cornish history. Usually filled with meat, cheese, or vegetables, this culinary masterpiece fuelled the growth of the tin industry. The miners ate them with beef at one end and puréed apple at the other. The crust was used for people to hold and then discard. Nowadays every part of the pasty is enjoyed by everybody. Come and enjoy for yourself and visit our shops in Bude, Tintagel and St Ives. We offer a range of six mouth-watering flavours: Traditional Steak, Steak & Stilton, Lamb, Vegetable, Cheese & Onion and Vegan Pasties. You also can enjoy our pasties whenever you want with our pasty mail order service! Our pasties are blast chilled straight from the oven, to preserve the flavour, so when you take them out of your oven, they taste as good as they did when they came out of ours.
