Lucy Claire Bakes

We absolutely adored our wedding cake!!! It tasted amazing, looked beautiful and everyone commented on how delicious it was. Lucy was so helpful from our very first contact and she did a wonderful job of making our ideas a reality. In fact it looked better than we ever imagined!! Our wedding turned out to be on a super super hot day but Lucy stayed at our venue after setting it up to help move it into the fridge so everybody could still see the cake when they arrived.

Huge thank you to Lucy who made this amazing bespoke cake for my partners birthday! Everyone thought it looked stunning and we were reluctant to cut into it! We chose lemon and raspberry and it was absolutely delicious, so fresh and light. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for that special cake. We are so happy that we have asked Lucy to do our wedding cake in 18 months!!

Lucy did our wedding cake for us and it tasted amazing! I honestly think the cake was what my husband was looking forward to the most, and it did not disappointed. We had three tiers and each was a different flavour - we're still eating cake now 2 months on! Our florist left loads of flowers for Lucy to decorate the cake with and she did an amazing job on it - it looked incredible. We had to postpone our wedding twice and Lucy was amazing throughout - I can't recommend highly enough

Lucy made our beautiful wedding cake back in August, it really was so gorgeous and tasted amazing (and still does every time we get some out the freezer). She was easy to organise everything with, sending us taster samples through the post etc. She also delivered, assembled & decorated the cake with the flowers our florist supplied on the day - all with no issues, and as you can see, it looked amazing! Would thoroughly recommend

We knew Lucy's work from before, so when we needed a wedding cake to be designed and made, we knew exactly who to go to. Lucy was incredible at helping us with what we were hoping for, but needed a professional on hand to help. We didn't want a "standard" wedding cake, we were after character, and a sense of fun based our jobs and how we met. We hadn't seen the final design, it was totally up to Lucy, and she blew us away with what she had created.

Having tried one of Lucy’s cakes at a friends wedding we were very impressed with both the normal and gluten free cake she makes! We have since had both our own wedding cake and recent baby shower cake made by Lucy and I can happily say the quality and consistency of her work is incredible. Every single time the cake has been delicious and beautifully made! If you are looking for a professional cake (especially if you are gluten free), I would definitely recommend you give Lucy a try!

We love Lucy Claire Bakes and have ordered many different items from her in the past, from brownies and selection boxes all the way to our 3 tier wedding cake. For our wedding cake Lucy provided us with tasters to help pick our 3 favourites. The process was easy and not only was the cake delicious, we received lots of compliments and Lucy completely fulfilled the brief in terms of decoration. Lucy's bakes are always delicious and we will continue to support her business for years to come.

Lucy supplied our wedding cake and we could not recommend her highly enough for any event! The whole process was simple, from receiving taster samples in the post through to the cake arriving on the morning of the wedding and most importantly all three flavours we ordered tasted incredible! :D
