Liggy's Cake Co

Liggy's was wonderful - we met Liggy at our tasting and immediately we knew we had made a good decision. So many flavours and cake styles to choose from - it was fun to try different flavours and find our favourites. The design process was easy and Liggy's coordinated perfectly with our venue (Norton House) for a seamless delivery and setup. It was lovely to see our beautiful cake on our wedding day, and it was/is so delicious!

We ordered our wedding cake from Liggy's cake company and couldn't have been happier with the service. First of all, we do not live in Scotland and made an appointment for a tasting on very short notice at the store in Bearsden which was absolutely no problem. The communication was great from beginning to end. We got a great consultation from Bryony and she made sure that all our wishes were realised. I am from Germany and the taste was really important to me, we had other cake tastings in Glasgow and Liggy's really stood out to us. The planning beforehand was absolutely uncomplicated, Liggy's got in touch with our florist for the decoration and on our wedding day we didn't even notice that the cake was set up, we were just surprised with it after our ceremony. We served the cake at our reception and every guest, German or Scottish, loved the taste (lime & poppy seed and cherry chocolate). All in all, we can't recommend Liggy's enough!
