The cake was very well received! The sugar flowers were great and the venue followed your fool-proof directions and presented the cake just as it was intended. And, the flavour was lovely. A guest asked what flour you used as she said the texture of the cake was quite different (better!) from the GF sponges she’s had before!

Harriet was lovely to work with from the very beginning! Nothing was too much trouble and she was so accommodating with guests with dietary needs. On the day everyone commented on the cake and the fact it was 'a work of art' - not a usual wedding cake you'd see!"

Harriet made us a stunning cake for our wedding. A long time in the running, we were so excited to order this and she was fantastic throughout the process. Our wedding theme/flowers was sunflowers and garden flowers, and she matched up perfectly. The cake also tasted divine, which we knew it would as we were able to have a tasting beforehand! Our cake was also 100% vegan which was so, so important to us and I really doubt anyone could tell. We had fewer guests than expected so there was plenty of cake leftover and I can confirm it freezes well! Our cake was single tier but as it's tall we had two flavours - carrot cake and chocolate with blackberry jam. The fondant was light and delicious and the ganache was fantastic. The sugar sunflowers were so gorgeous and delicate and added a huge Wow factor to our cake. Thank you so much for your patience and advice, and most importantly for creating such an amazing cake for our big day.
