Iced and Nice Cakes

As a mum of 5 I didn't have time for cakes or have a business mind at all! But when my youngest was 10, I made a cake for him that was to then take me on a path I didn't expect. Since then I've won 2 gold national gold awards, one presented by Mat Dawson, I have a sugarcraft diploma, I'm fully registered insured & highly trained. I work from home in a separate fully contained studio at the end of my garden. I create all cakes from the humble cupcake to the 5 tier wedding. As a trained hairdresser from years ago, I love carved quirky fun cakes to the stylish elegant ones. Every cake is bespoke & very much loved
