We see your Cake as an beautiful object and always relished on challenges when it comes to design something completely new or rarely seen, always striking and using ingredients of prime quality.
We have Awards in Wedding Cakes from Cake International Competition [ The Biggest and Most important in the World ] and in 2018 We won the coveted CAKE MASTERS AWARD for Best Wedding Cake Designer , The Wedding Industry Awards West Midlands Regionals and also were named as one of the TOP 10 Best Cake Designers by Cake Masters Magazine.
Our work have been published in Wedding Cakes Magazine, Cake Masters, American Cake Decorating as well as several Blogs from different suppliers withing the Wedding and Cake decorating Industry. We have even provided a Cake for an Event in which the Duke and Count of Wessex were the main guests! We have an interest in Cinema, Fashion , Sugar and Real Flowers and like to incorporate colour into our designs. We also have an interest in Vegan baking and cater for it and other diets. And our Cake Tasting sessions have been likened to a High Tea afternoon minus the savoury bits!

The cake tasting was by far my most favourite part of the wedding. Lots of different flavours-all gorgeous. Enrique was happy to work with different dietary requirements and the results were fantastic!

Initially my husband and I decided against a cake, but having met Enrique at a wedding fayre we knew we had to have one of his creations! The whole process was so easy and we were able to taste several different flavours before making a decision. On our wedding day we had so many compliments about the cake, both how it looked (amazing!) and tasted (all four flavours were brilliant!). Enrique even gave us his sketch of the design as a keepsake. We will have to plan lots of parties so we can keep having cake.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
After initial contact , I ask for details about the Wedding itself and likes and dislikes. This gives me an idea about what to design for them and I show them 2 colour sketches at the Cake Tasting to discuss over and finalise details.
