My style is warm, elegant and minimalist. I love playing with texture and colour. So if you think I could be the cake artists for you and are looking for unique, contemporary designs and a relaxed experience look no further! I have featured in - Margots Wedding Love My Dress Design My Wedding Bride & Tonic Festival Brides OFFICIALLY LAUNCHING HARTT CAKES IN EARLY 2017​ For a short time I worked at a local cake shop, finding my passion for contemporary wedding cakes. This brief time of learning was invaluable, helping me know how to time manage and to charge my worth. I officially launched Hartt Cakes February 2017. ​ THE PAST 4 YEARS I didn't really know what Hartt Cakes wanted to look like when I started, my branding was sub-par and I wasn't getting steady work. THE PAST FEW MONTHS ​I've worked on my business, on my brand, created my customer journey (The Process), worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get to a place I was happy. Now the experience you get when booking with Hartt Cakes is completely different that ever before! No more stress waiting on your enquiry to be read, no more headaches from not having good communication with me. What is your signature cake?

Ganache on Ganache cake with hand painted florals and cascading flowers.

What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?

I call her my black beauty, she's a 3 tier ganached cake with the style of the Dutch Masters, she has hand painted florals with bursts of colour of fresh flowers. You'll know her when you see her!

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

My interest in cakes started when I was 14. I started creating birthday cakes for family and friends then it soon turned into something more than a hobby.

What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?

Probably a tall architectural, contemporary ganached cake.
