Wedding cakes are baked from delicious tasting sponges and fruit cakes of all flavours and then each tier covered in a rich belgian chocolate ganache before being covered with a high quality sugar paste for the pristine flawless finish. Should you like to book your cake with Amanda she would invite you over to sample flavours of cake and go through some of your wedding information so that together you can discuss design ideas. She would then draw a final sketch so that you can visualise the beautiful cake you will be having made.
