Dollybird Bakes is known for it's attention to detail, straight edges, creative designs, and delicious bakes. Designing, creating, making and baking from her cake studio in Cornwall. Each cake is baked by Hayley, sourcing and supporting other local business wherever possible, using the finest ingredients available. Hayley's creations & designs have been featured in national and international publications including OK Magazine, Cake Masters Magazine, Weddings Cakes Magazine, You & Your Wedding & Your Wedding. She has also been commissioned to create tutorials for international magazines and a worldwide icing manufacturer. Established in 2012, Hayley has been lucky enough to have been taught by some of the industry's leaders such as: Master Chocolatier & Bake Off's Creme de la Creme winner Mark Tilling, Sharon Wee, Tracey James of 'Cotton & Crumbs', Tracy Rothwell of 'Little Cherry Cake Company' & Zoe's Fancy Cakes! In an ever changing creative environment, Hayley takes time each year to develop and further her skills as she feels its important to keep current and up to date. Knocked it out of the park - Email Thank You

I just wanted to message and say thank you so much for providing the cake and cupcakes for our wedding on Saturday. I am sorry that I didn't get to see and thank you personally! But you absolutely knocked it out of the park - the cake was exactly as I'd pictured it, and just as delicious (or at least, from the carrot cake tier that I was able to get a piece of 😅). Fortunately we have been able to bring some home with us and have frozen it, so hope we'll be able to further enjoy it at some point

I'm so glad that we chose Hayley to create the beautiful cake for our wedding in January - three tiers, three different flavours, each as delicious as the others :) More than just the amazing cake though, Hayley was a dream supplier - timely and helpful responses to queries, offering help and assistance, and able to understand and work to our needs with no worries. Hayley is incredible!! She was so helpful throughout the planning process and created the most incredible wedding cake for us. We had so many compliments, with many people saying it was the best they had ever tasted! The salted caramel macaroons were to die for. We couldn't recommend Dollybird Bakes more - thank you for everything Hayley!

Hayley is honestly a cake wizard, she is so incredibly talented at baking the most delicious and beautiful cakes that all our guests were obsessed with! From the tasting box (delivered in mint condition via post as we live over 300 miles away), planning emails, to the final cake, cupcakes and macaroons we honestly could not have asked for more. Hayley was an absolute delight to work with and we really appreciated being able to rent the cake stand from her. See more at link below
