I am passionate about combining different textures, subtle colour and intricate sugar flowers to create cakes inspired by modern aesthetics. As a cake artist I really believe that your wedding cake should be original, unique and a little less ordinary. Inspired by an eclectic mix of sources – fashion, fine art, nature, architecture - I work with you to create a modern, design-led, exquisite wedding cake that truly reflects your vision as a couple.
Breaking away from traditional wedding cake design, I love working with couples who aren’t afraid to break boundaries and explore different techniques. With an emphasis on modern minimalism, my passion is creating distinctive, edible pieces of art which become a stunning statement centrepiece to your wedding day.

They were truly a work of art!
Oh my goodness… ‘gorgeous’ doesn’t even begin to do justice to how amazingly beautiful our wedding cakes looked on Saturday! They truly were a work of art. I was so delighted that you suggested the three individual cakes…everyone said how beautifully modern & elegant they looked, and loved that we had chosen such a ‘non traditional’ approach! And so, on to the eating part…! All the cakes were fantastic! Obviously we already knew how scrumptious they were going to be, but our guests were very impressed by all three. With love & thanks.

Our cake was perfect.
I cannot recommend Sue highly enough. A delightful lady to deal with; Sue was so considerate of my ideas and also added a suggestion of her own for the cake which I loved and which worked beautifully. Our cake was perfect, it looked beautiful and tasted amazing. Each tier was so tasty, a really flavoursome sponge and delicious icing but for us (we are chocoholics) the chocolate mud cake was our favourite; it was so moist and rich. Our wedding was over a month ago and I’m still thinking about the chocolate cake. Thank you so much Sue, I’m so happy that we found you.

Our wedding cake was spectacular!
we had SO many comments about it! People just loved it and it was much photographed. One of our guests, my friend Xanthe Clay who is the food writer for the Telegraph commented "the coolest wedding cake" and told me that it was the cake she wished she had had at her wedding!
One of the tiers was untouched so we brought it home, and I have eaten some for breakfast and pudding for the last two days ... delicious! I'm so glad we went for the rose petal filling - people found that unusual and lovely.
It was exactly as I hoped it would be, so a huge thank you for doing such a great job.
